The government scheme CEE, Certificats d'Économies d'Énergie, is a bonus program dedicated to companies that make investments in order to reduce their energy consumption .
Do you know? You can receive a bonus for installing a heat recovery unit on your compressor. It is the energy suppliers who pay this premium as part of the Energy Savings Certificate program (CEE premium).

Each energy supplier is free to determine the amount of its premiums. With respect to the installation of a heat recovery unit, premiums may vary from one supplier to another.
At Airmax Groupe, in the case of an installation, the sales representative in charge of your project is responsible for checking your eligibility for CEE incentives.
Once your project has been detailed and costed, your request is sent to the relevant energy supplier. When installing a heat recovery unit, your eligibility is systematic.
This coverage can cover all or part of your expenses, within the framework of an installation.
Certain installation projects involving the installation of a heat recovery unit are covered at 100%
Focus on the company Sciage de Sougy, leader in the wood industry. The company has a power plant with three fixed compressors without heat recovery.
"The current facility was suffering from heat because the compressors were not jacketed. There were three extractors for the evacuation of hot air to the outside. The energy ratio of the old plant was 154w/m3 "
"Thanks to the installation of two new CompAir L75RS compressors and a CompAir SMARTAIR MASTER energy management system , the new ratio has been reduced to 104w/m3, which represents a saving of more than 18,000€/year! "
"The installation of a jacket, on both compressors allowed us to recover the heat emitted by the machines and use it as heating."

The energy supplied by a compressor can be converted into heat. Up to 90% of this heat can be recovered and reinjected.
One of the first actions that can be easily implemented is to find and repair leaks. Without regular intervention, these leaks can quickly become a significant financial cost. In addition, all the air that escapes is not used, but lost.
Example:
ADEME has identified the following key savings measures in compressed air systems:
Energy saving | Evaluation of the gain |
Leakage reduction | 20% |
Heat Recovery | 20% |
Variable speed motor | 15% |
